FAQs of STABILITY CHAMBER:
Q: How does the STABILITY CHAMBER control temperature and humidity accurately?
A: The chamber employs a digital microprocessor PID controller and a high precision PT100 sensor, maintaining tight control over temperature (10C to 60C) and humidity (40%% RH to 95%% RH) levels to ensure optimal conditions for stability testing.
Q: What safety features are included in this stability chamber?
A: Safety is enhanced through an over-temperature protection system and visual/audible alarms that alert users to any deviations in temperature or humidity, minimizing the risk of compromised samples and accidents.
Q: What type of shelves does the chamber have, and can they be adjusted?
A: The interior is equipped with adjustable stainless steel shelves, allowing users to customize the chambers layout to accommodate varying sizes of containers or products during testing.
Q: When should I use the chambers alarm features?
A: The visual and audible alarms activate automatically if there are deviations from set temperature or humidity ranges, helping users take corrective action immediately to maintain stability protocol requirements.
Q: Where can the STABILITY CHAMBER be installed and what are its space requirements?
A: Designed for laboratory settings, the chambers dimensions (60 x 60 x 90 cm) and robust structure allow it to fit efficiently within benchtop or dedicated lab spaces, requiring only an appropriate power source (220 V, 50 Hz).
Q: What are the benefits of using internal LED lighting in this chamber?
A: The integrated LED lighting ensures clear visibility inside the chamber, assisting users in monitoring samples without compromising internal conditions or opening the doors frequently.
