FAQs of MORTUARY FREEZERS:
Q: How does the hermetically sealed refrigeration system enhance the preservation process?
A: The hermetically sealed refrigeration system keeps the inner chamber atmosphere isolated from external contaminants, ensuring consistent, efficient cooling and prolonging the preservation of remains. This also helps maintain accurate temperature control with minimal fluctuations.
Q: What materials are used for the inner chamber, and why are they beneficial?
A: The inner chamber is constructed from SS 304 grade stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. This ensures hygienic operation and extends the longevity of the freezer, making it ideal for laboratory and medical use.
Q: When should the audio/visual alarm system be used, and what does it indicate?
A: The audio/visual alarm system activates when temperature deviations from the set range occur. This serves as an immediate alert to staff, enabling them to address issues promptly and protect the integrity of the preserved remains.
Q: Where is the mortuary freezer typically installed and what are the requirements?
A: Mortuary freezers are usually installed in laboratories, hospitals, forensic departments, and mortuary facilities where controlled preservation is required. The unit needs access to a single-phase electric power source with a voltage of 220240 V and should be placed in locations with ambient temperatures up to 45C for optimal operation.
Q: How does the digital microprocessor-based control panel facilitate usage and monitoring?
A: The microprocessor-based control panel allows users to precisely adjust and monitor temperature settings. The digital display provides real-time data for complete process visibility, improving overall reliability and ease of use.
Q: What are the advantages of having removable stainless-steel trays in the mortuary freezer?
A: Removable trays are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. They enhance flexibility in body arrangement and simplify maintenance routines, ensuring hygiene and efficient operation.
Q: Can the freezer be easily relocated within a facility, and what features support mobility?
A: Yes, the freezer features heavy-duty, lockable caster wheels that enable secure, effortless movement within the facility. Ergonomically designed handles further facilitate access and mobility, while lockable wheels ensure stability during operation.
