Inertia Balance
For the qualitative investigation of the nature of mass, distinction between mass and weight and comparison of different masses. Two metal tray-shaped platforms, 13050mm, joined together by a pair of spring steel strips. One of the trays has three identical holes to hold or suspend cylindrical masses. Other tray acts as an anchorage and may be clamped to the bench using a suitable G clamp. Complete with reel of nylon thread, 3 cylindrical masses with pins, G Clamp and user instruction manual.
