About Trinocular Co-axial microscope

Trinocular Co-axial microscope is a special kind of laboratory grade observatory device which is provided with an extra scope instead of eyepieces which is especially designed for the digital microscopy through which the camera captures the high definition images of the sample under the slide which can be seen on the computer screen. It is provided with a 360 degree rotatable unit which is coated with an anti-reflection coating to get highly accurate images for strain free observation.

Same as binocular except with additional vertical phototube. Fingertip control levers diverts image from binocular to phototube. Generally this model is recommended for microphotography and CCTV system.

Precision and Clarity in Every Observation

Equipped with achromatic objective lenses and wide-field eyepieces, the TCX-300 delivers exceptional image clarity across a broad magnification spectrum. Its advanced optical glass components are protected by anti-fungal coatings, ensuring both precision and longevity in challenging laboratory environments.

User-Friendly Handling and Adaptability

The 45 inclined trinocular head, 360 rotation, adjustable interpupillary distance (5575 mm), and diopter adjustment offer personalized comfort during prolonged use. The ergonomic co-axial coarse and fine focus controls, along with a sturdy mechanical stage (130 mm x 130 mm), make specimen examination detailed and efficient for users of all experience levels.

FAQs of Trinocular Co-axial microscope:

Q: How is the TCX-300 microscope typically used in laboratory settings?

A: This microscope is widely used in cytology, pathology, microbiology, educational labs, and research facilities for examining prepared slides and specimens. Its magnification range (40X to 1000X) and robust imaging capabilities support detailed cellular and microbial studies.

Q: What benefits do the achromatic objective lenses provide?

A: Achromatic objective lenses correct for color distortions (chromatic aberrations), ensuring accurate color reproduction and sharper images. This is vital when distinguishing fine structural details in biological specimens.

Q: When should I use the 100X oil immersion lens on this microscope?

A: The 100X objective lens is designed for oil immersion, which is essential for observing minute specimen details at high magnifications. Apply a drop of immersion oil between the lens and slide when high-resolution observation of microorganisms or cell structures is required.

Q: Where can the trinocular head advantageously be utilized?

A: The trinocular head offers an additional photo or video port, making it valuable in environments where specimen imaging or documentation is required, such as research labs or educational settings with demonstration needs.

Q: What process should be followed to adjust the interpupillary distance and diopter settings?

A: To suit individual users, adjust the interpupillary distance between 55 mm and 75 mm for comfortable viewing. Fine-tune sharpness for each eye using the diopter adjustment on the eyepiece tube, achieving clear binocular vision.

Q: How does the built-in LED illumination improve the users experience?

A: The built-in LED provides strong, consistent lighting with variable brightness control. This ensures optimal illumination across various specimen types and reduces eye strain during extended viewing sessions.
