Precision Imaging for Advanced Laboratory Applications

Designed for laboratories and medical facilities, the FM-2000 Fluorescent Microscope offers high accuracy and flexibility in a robust, metal-body construction. Ideal for research in cell biology and pathology, its wide magnification range and reliable LED fluorescent illumination deliver crisp, detailed images essential for critical analyses. The mechanical double-layer stage and ergonomic focusing mechanisms make it user-friendly for frequent, intensive usage.

Achromatic Objective Lenses and Efficient Illumination

The FM-2000 utilizes achromatic objective lenses that minimize color aberrations, ensuring sharp image quality at every magnification level. Its LED fluorescent lamp supports extended observation sessions while reducing heat and energy consumption. The 3-position filter turret and widefield eyepieces enhance versatility, allowing quick adaptation to various sample types and staining protocols.

FAQs of Flouroscent Microscopes:

Q: How do you operate the FM-2000 Fluorescent Microscope for cell biology research?

A: Begin by preparing your specimen on the mechanical double-layer stage. Switch on the LED fluorescent lamp to illuminate the sample. Use coarse and fine adjustment knobs to focus the image while toggling between magnifications (40x to 1000x) and switching objective lenses. The 3-position turret holds filters to adjust fluorescence based on staining protocols.

Q: What benefits does the achromatic objective lens provide in this microscope?

A: Achromatic objective lenses significantly reduce chromatic aberration, resulting in sharp, true-color images across the magnification range. This is crucial in medical research and pathology, where accurate visualization supports reliable diagnosis.

Q: When should you use the fluorescent mode in the FM-2000 microscope?

A: Fluorescent mode should be used when working with specimens stained with fluorescent markers or dyes, such as in cell biology or pathology analyses. This enhances contrast and detail, enabling the identification of specific cellular components or pathogens.

Q: Where is the FM-2000 microscope most commonly used?

A: This microscope is primarily utilized in laboratories, hospitals, and research institutes engaged in medical research, cell biology, and pathology. Its CE-certified design meets safety standards expected in professional environments.

Q: What process does the 3-position filter turret support during observation?

A: The filter turret allows swift switching between different fluorescence filters, adapting the observation to diverse dyes and stains and optimizing image clarity throughout various experimental protocols.

Q: How does CE safety compliance benefit users of this microscope?

A: CE certification assures that the FM-2000 meets high safety and performance standards. Laboratory personnel can operate it confidently, knowing it adheres to stringent European regulations for electrical safety and functionality.
