About DIGITAL TURBIDITY METER 335, 331 & 341
FEATURES |
· Reliable & Accurate Results · Measurements upto 1000 NTU · 3½ Digit 7-Segment LED Display · Sewage and Drinking Water Testing |
Digital Turbidity/Nephelo Meter are ideal instruments for the measurement of suspensions. They consist of a light source focused on a test tube containing the sample solution under test. The light, reflected at a right angle to the focused light by the suspension in the solution, is detected by the photodiode detector, amplified and displayed on 3½ digit seven segment LED display.

Operating efficiently at 220 V AC, it handles temperatures from 0 to 50C and up to 85%% RH, making it suitable for various laboratories.
FAQs of DIGITAL TURBIDITY METER 335, 331 & 341:
Q: How is calibration performed on the DIGITAL TURBIDITY METER 335, 331, and 341?
A: Calibration is performed using a Formazin Primary Standard. Simply insert the calibrated standard in the 25 mm glass cuvette, follow the meters prompts via the digital display, and use either the manual or auto zero adjustment function for precise calibration.
Q: What is the operating process of these turbidity meters?
A: To operate, fill the glass cuvette with the sample, place it in the sample holder, and select either manual or auto zero adjustment. The digital display quickly shows results within 5 seconds, allowing for fast laboratory analysis with minimal setup.
Q: When should I use the manual versus the auto zero adjustment mode?
A: The auto zero adjustment is ideal for routine and quick measurements, ensuring rapid baseline correction. Manual adjustment may be preferred when specific calibration requirements exist or for validating the auto zero functions accuracy.
Q: Where can these meters be used effectively?
A: These models are suitable for use in laboratory settings involved in water quality testing, research, or quality control, particularly across industries and institutions in India that require reliable, precise turbidity measurements.
Q: What are the primary benefits of using the DIGITAL TURBIDITY METER 335, 331, and 341?
A: Users benefit from high accuracy (100%%), rapid response, ease of operation, durable construction, low power consumption, and flexible calibration options, making these meters an excellent choice for modern labs.
Q: How does the meter display and store measurement data?
A: Results are presented on a bright digital display with a 0.1 NTU resolution. The digital output provides immediate reading clarity, though models are designed for direct readout rather than on-device storage of historical data.
